Sinusitis, Labyrinthitis?

I have been having headaches for over a fortnight now. It's unusual for me to get headaches at all so here's some background.

After about 4 days I went to the GP. My symptoms were head pressure, all over, neck pain and shoulder pain, visual disturbance and dizziness. The GP though it may have been Tension Headaches and possibly blocked Sinuses. I was prescribed a nasal spray and had been taking Tension Headache tablets. Still no difference. So 8 days ago I went back to the GP who has now said it could be Sinusitis. Has prescribed Ibugel, Diclofenac and Nasonex. My vision is completely back to normal and the dizziness is gone, however the head pain/pressure and neck pain still remains. I still have approx 50 tabs left of Diclofenac.
I don't seem to have that many symptoms relating to Sinusitis. I have no cold symptoms/congestion in my nose. I only have head/neck pain, which varies from a dull ache to a sharp pain. It's not constant, but it's there 90% of the time. ideas?

Would suggest it is time to see someone who specializes in headaches... your local chiropractor.. Your neck and head symptoms are very suggestive. You will be pleasantly surprised and angry for not doing it much sooner.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
