SEVERE fatigue/diziness. sinusitis? allergies?

I got pregnant December 2006 and when I was 6 week I began to feel dizzy, like I drank about 10 beers, too dizzy to drive, i would stumble into walls. And I was utterly exausted. I was sure that i had something wrong with my brain and went to the ER, i was told after minimal inspection that I had sinusitis. I thought this was strange since I had no sinus symptoms. I was given Amox/Clav and sent home. It cleared right up, no fatigue, no dizziness.

This happened again about 3 months later, I was told again it was sinusitis. I was given a Z-pack told I might have allergies, and put on Flonase (it made me really jittery and started to kick in my anxiety attacks that I have had under control for a few years so I quit it) The Z pack cleared the "infection", no fatigue, no dizziness.

I got pregnant again Nov 2007 and on Dec 25th, 2007 I again was suddenly struck with severe fatigue (When I say fatigue I mean completely debilitating, sleep 22 hours wake up and still be so worn out. Cant take

Cant take care of my child, cant bathe, cant eat, etc) and dizziness to where i feel drunk. I was given Amoxicillin, i took it for 6 days and it didn't help.

On Dec 31 I went to the ER cause i was so dizzy and my vision was starting to blur and I was sure it was my brain! lol I was told again sinusitis. I was given something for the dizziness and Z-pack. It cleared right up.

I flew to NY on Jan 3 and returned a week later. I came down with the same thing on my birthday Jan 15, went to the dr, sinusitis, z-pack.

End of Jan, same thing, z-pack

Feb 12, same thing, z-pack

Feb 24, same thing but gave me Keflex.

Feb 25th I had and appointment with an ENT who said that my nose looked fine, i didnt have the signs of sinusitis, green slime, pus etc.
He said it's probably allergies. Prescribed me Nasonex. Said that I may need to be on a 3 week round of antibiotics but he doesnt think it's a bacterial infection in my sinuses but ordered a CT.

Does this sound about right...

EPA: Indoor Air Pollution: Organic Gases (Volatile Organic Compounds - VOCs) (found in cleaning and body care products)
http://www.epa.gov/iaq/voc.html#Steps%20...
"Health Effects

Eye, nose, and throat irritation; headaches, loss of coordination, nausea; damage to liver, kidney, and central nervous system. Some organics can cause cancer in animals; some are suspected or known to cause cancer in humans. Key signs or symptoms associated with exposure to VOCs include conjunctival irritation, nose and throat discomfort, headache, allergic skin reaction, dyspnea, declines in serum cholinesterase levels, nausea, emesis, epistaxis, fatigue, dizziness."

I just put up an article on Associated Content that might help you if you think the problem may be with too many cleaning products.

Give it a try and see if it helps. You'd know in about two weeks.

Get your endocrine system checked by a Naturopathic Medical Doctor. Often times, people can have sinusitis, allergies, fatigue and other symptoms that you are describing because of Pituitary, Adrenal or Thyroid problems (just to name a few). These are symptoms of an underlying dysfunction and a MD will often not recognize the dysfunction and more commonly only treats the symptoms and not the cause (the dysfunction it self), but a NMD will find the cause and treat it. Just be sure you go to a reputable one who has some experience.

This is familiar and I wish I could remember what the woman was diagnosed with on Mystery Diagnosis on Discovery Health Channel. She ended up doing research on the web and found a doctor that thought he could help her. And the doctor did just that! Check around on the net for that episode, I wish I could remember more.

I recommend you investigate your symptoms yourself or DEMAND an answer on your next doctor visit.

check your blood sugar.

Sounds like you're suffering from allergies, and the dr.s keep giving you antibiotics, when you need to see a naturapath, give him a list of your problems, and have your thyroid, endocrine , and pituitary glands tested, check if they've been damaged from all of the steroids and antibiotics.
To test for your thyroid, get a saliva test, NOT THE BLOOD TEST. The blood test will check your T4 levels (the thyroid hormone that's unusable to the body, because it's wrapped up in a protein, rendering it useless). The saliva test will test for your levels of T3, an active thyroid hormone, which is turned off due to the nasal sprays, NSAIDs, antibiotics, steroids, fluorescent lights, and fluoride (which is a poison) in the water.
One remedy to help w/ the allergies is raw, unpasteurized, local honey (has natural antibiotics, supplied by the bees, to keep the honey from rotting in the hives).
Another is green tea, which will help w/ the fatigue and dizziness (it has good stomach enzymes that will help a lot.)

Google "allergy", "steroid", and www.doctortalk.com (the spam-free website for Dr. Howard Hagglund, a naturapath that can correctly diagnose and treat your hypo thyroidism (low thyroid), and turn off your allergies.
All the best to you.
