Sinusitis/Rhinitis + Asthma driving me crazy.?

It seems like I can't escape them wherever I go or how many meds I take. I think the Sinusitis / Rhinitis is the worse of them all.... it is so bad that people have commented that I speak as if I'm permanently clogged up. I lock myself up in my room and never let any air in because the AC triggers my asthma and the window I always smell something that makes me sneeze.
I try inhaling steaming water.
I have nasonex, clarisil
But I am having no relief.....
Any suggestions.....

Have you had an allergy test yet? Might help to find out whats causing it.

I'm on Flixotide, Ventolin, Loratadine tablets and Alanase spray.

We also have a dehumidifier in our house to keep it dry - mould is my worst enemy.

If the attack is really bad, get to the doctors. They need to check you over and maybe get you on a nebuliser.

Zyrtec work really good for me. I had sinus infection & headaches EVERY Day until my doc put me on Zyrtec. Everyone is different but... It's worth trying.
