Sinusitis surgery for deviated septum?

I'm going to have surgery for a deviated septum to help with Chronic Sinsusitis. I had a CT on my sinsuses which my doctor confirmed I had Chronic Sinsusitis. My question is when everything is said and done, after I've healed from the surgery which I know can takes weeks, months, etc. will I be able to get a good nights rest? The thing that gets me with Chronic Sinusitis isn't so much the congestion and all that, it's the lack of sleep I feel I've gotten for so long. The lack of quality sleep. I'm so tired, I'm delusional.

You should be able to get a really good night's sleep a couple of days after they remove the nasal packing-the pain medications will help and they may even add some humidified oxygen to help guard against painful drying of the nasal passages.
Utilize your pain medication as needed according to the doctor's directions and finish all of your antibiotics.
Good luck, things will be totally different afterwards and you will be sooo grateful for the procedure!
