Shoulder injury sufferers, or physicians? |
at work last week on tue. I was lifting a box (about 60-80lbs...it wasn't marked like it is supposed to be), and after I set it down I felt some pain in my shoulder. I worked for another five minutes or so and then reported it to my boss. At the end of the day it felt fine. Likely just a strain or sprained muscle. |
