Shoulder Injury?!?!? |
I was playing soccer yesterday. I dove for a save, and landed with my arm outstretched. My shoulder had a funny feeling, but didn't hurt or pop. A day later, my shoulder feels funny, but doesn't hurt. It seems as though it moves more than it should, but I have nothing more than a dull pain. What's wrong, did I dislocate my shoulder, tear a cuff. What's going on? If you'd have torn something or dislocated it, you'd be in agony. Seeing as there is little to no pain, you've probably overstretched a ligament. Rest it if you can and take an anti-inflammatory like Advil. I'm team doctor for a pro soccer team in Scotland. |
