Shoulder Injury Question...? |
My friend's shoulder hurts her a lot. She describes it as "inside pain" it's not like, externally painful. She's really in a lot of pain. She house cleans as a living, and works out daily. She has been doing this same routine for over 10 years (her work and workout How old is she? Those of us over 40 that work out daily, tend to develop some shoulder discomfort/pain/injury. Have her try warming up with some rotator cuff exercises and see if that helps. some others will injured It could be just sore or she could of pulled something in her sleep. my mom had the same pain and she got serjury on her roter cuff and she feels a lot better.=D She could have pulled a muscle or strained one. After doing the same routine for a while muscles get tired and start to tense up when going to do the same thing again. Tell her to put heat on it for 10 minutes then an ice pack for 10. Do this for 40 minutes a night and all should be right soon. If it doesn't go away it could be something more serious like arthritis, so I would see a doctor. I've had the same proplem. The doc gave me antiinflamitory & a muscle relaxer. After I hurt it worse with a nasty bike accident it took steriods to knock it out of me. Go to the doc! She described right. Tell her to consult with dr. I THINK SHE SH0ULD G0 AND SEE HER D0CT0R, BECAUSE SHE MIGHT POSSIBLY HAVE HER SH0ULDER Your friend should take of work and stop working out to see if it gets better. It might just be a pulled muscle and if it continues to hurt she should see a doctor.
