Shoulder Injury...? |
I fell down some stairs at home this morning and landed on my shoulder...it was incredibly painful, especially when moving it. went and sat in casualty 4 3 hrs...badly bruised...3 days rest, no work n generally take it easy 4 a few weeks...thanx 4 the help :D I think you need to have the MD check it out first to make sure you did not tear or break anything . I don't think you should keep moving your shoulder right now, it could make your injury worse. I would take something to keep it from getting inflamed, like ibuprofen or motrin (if you know it's ok for you to take it). Ouch! |
