Cough & breath shortness?

Dear friends,

My mother has high blood pressure for ten years..

Recently she complained that once finish shower she get cough and shortness of breath.
And also during starting a trip in an a car with AC, she feel shortness of breath

Could you kindly advice.

Is she overweight? The shortness of breathe could be from that if she is. She really should get a check up from a Medical Doctor soon i would advise
