Shortness of breath - psychological(cont'd)? |
I am 17, don't smoke, and dont have asthma or anything. Now, I am experiencing shortness of breath when I come back from school. During school, it is fine, I totally forget about it, but when I am at home, I suddenly remember and for the rest of the day I am shortness of breath. In my opinion this is all psychological, because if I dont think about it, it goes away, like at school. How can I change my thinking? Also, this mostly happens during talking. you can concentrate on breathing deep and slow when you notice this shortness of breath. go ahead and distract urself. if it is physiological it will keep happening. tell ur parents about this and ask them to watch you so if they see you doing this all the time it can't be psychological. tell ur self to breath when u talk, i have prob w that too sometimes. just pause and breath. dont tell a story continuously, find brakes. |
