Shortness of breath before menstruation?

is this normal? i am anemic & have low iron & on top of that, i am going to start my period very soon, i have been feeling shortness of breath for most of today, is this a normal thing?

I have this but I don't think it's normal...i do think it's the lack of iron.. I remedy this by drinking lots of mineral water....

I too am anemic and low iron. Yes this has happened to me also. But not sure if it is "normal"
