(Emergency) I have shortness of breath and chest pains. My chest also feels discomfort. what should i do?

I went to Ireland ago and i came back yesterday. When i came to U.S, I had shortness of breath extreme chest pains and discomfort. this morning i couldnt sleep do to the pains in my chest and couldnt breathe right. im 18 years old. I have asthma and i been taking my inhaler maybe 10-15 puffs total today. The inhaler works fine once i take a puff. Then a few minutes later it starts to come back with pain and shortness of breath. I had asthma since i was a child and all these yearrs i was taking the inhaler daily. Should i go to the doctor, hospital? I had a serious asthma attack at 7 years old. I was taking to the hospital. I feel like i do need to go the doctor. is there any medicine like tyneol, predinsose that i should take? my doc before prescribed predisone and i took that, but idk if i should take it again. Please gimme any info and i will probably get ready to go to the doc immeditaly today. thanks.

Don't wait to get to the doctor, call 911! If you can still type, it's probably something like an anxiety attack, but still, why risk it if you can't breath???

Have you been eating alot of cow dairy or wheat?
This can cause breathing difficulty.

go to the emergency room right away! chest pains are nothing to take lightly.

If you are using the inhaler that much you need you go to MD, or ER I don't care which. The more you use your inhaler the more it irritates the lung passages that is why it doesn't help for long. You need prednisone to help decrease swelling in the bronchial tubes. Please don't sit at home and keep using the inhaler, IT WON'T HELP, you probably have an infection and need immediate attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have asthma and so does my daughter. I believe that you have had too much broncho diallater. You should get to the hospital immediately. You should know that asthma is nothing to mess with.

If you are using your inhaler that much the chest pains maybe caused from that, being it can give you a Major Heart Attack!! Hospital will do you just fine! Bye Your gone already I hope. Chest Pain may get better with the treatment for breathing if you have not had a Heart Attack by now. You should never use inhaler over and over if it is not giving you relief for at least 3 hours. For the love of small furry creatures, get off the stupid computer,and go the the emergency dept! 10-15 puffs of your rescue inhaler is way to much, you need to be seen at the emergency dept.
