Andro Shock?

I am 5'8 and 140lbs, and been wondering if I should get some Andro-Shock to help me gain some weight, also I am not sure where to buy Andro-Shock? I have been working out (Muscle Training) 3 times a week and taking whey protien, and a bigger diet to help me gain weight. But I seem to have a high metabolism, and getting nowhere. Any suggestions or ideas will be great!

That product and all of the similar ones are garbage. They will not help you gain weight. They are a tremendous waste of money. They can legally be sold, though, because Congress passed a law a few years back saying that if you call your product a dietary supplement, you can lie all you want on the label and make outrageous claims and you won't break the law. And they don't have to test their products for safety, so you never know what you are putting in your body. And if you respect your body, think twice about what you put into it.

If you are on a balanced diet and working out, you might be able to gain a few pounds by unbalancing your diet on the fat side. Ice cream. Milk shakes. If you are a naturally thin person, though, it is hard to get your body off its set point.

If I were you, though, I would sit back and gloat. Thinner people are healthier, live longer, have fewer problems with hypertension and diabetes, etc., etc.

Not to mention that they get to eat all they want. Enjoy.

two words... well three but two points: peanut butter, spoon! directions: open jar, dip spoon, swallow substance, repeat! it's one of the best ways to gain weight. (as long as you don't slack on those weights!)

many young football players struggle with this, and i've found it pretty effective. water water water!
