How can i shock people with static?

my brother likes to come and scare me but i want to shock him by shocking him. lol. anyway how can i do it by rubbing my feet on the carpet? or touching somthing? i donno. wat do you think?

rub your feet on the carpet and touch him

My grandmother said they used to light gas lamps by shuffling their feet on the carpet and pointing to the lamp.
You might be able to zap him on the skin somewhere, but remember the shock cqan be felt by you too.

Just put on some socks and rub your feet on the carpet, then touch him.
