Dose nicotien effect sexual health?

I was wondering if nicotein effects sexual health I know smoking dose because you CO2 in your blood and it lowers your circulation but that is from the smoke Im wondering if nicotein itself causes any problems with sexual health. Im asking because im going to start chewin again and quit smoking until I can stop all together with everything.

It isn't the CO2 that causes the blood vessel constriction that keeps you from getting hard it is the nicotine.
Nicotine causes blood vessel constriction. It also creates a situation where cholesterol buildup gets worse, there is injury to the walls of the artery from the nicotine and the cholesterol rolls in to make the repair. After a while it causes permanent constriction and wall weakening. No more hard on that last more than a few seconds.
