I am afraid beyond confirming that you take a good balanced diet, including your 5 a day, drink little and smoke not at all, nothing will have much effect, bar ED drugs.

You should get a checkup from your GP, the things that effect erection are mainly vascular, so ii is important to confirm both your blood sugar and cholesterol are normal.

This problem is becoming so common that Viagra is soon to go over the counter!

are u taking any medication ie antidepressants or blood pressure medication as this can affect it. diabetes can also cause probs so u should get checked by doc to ensure no health problems. zinc is usually recommended as a supplement eat a healthy diet and cut down or out alcohol.

Ok, yes get your general health checked out. If all is well you might want to consider seeing a specialist, a urologist or nurse specialist dealing with erectile dysfunction. It is an incredibly common problem and effects 50% of men at one time or another. Often the problem can be psycological, ie. the more you worry the worse it can become. Drinking and smoking can play a part in ED also so if you do either cut back or stop - yes i know it is easier said than done. Viagra or other drugs are really a last resort and should only be taken under guidance from a medical practitioner. There are exercises you can do called Kegle, they are exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor which will encourage blood to the area and are good for your sex life what ever your age. Good diet, exercise and a healthy life style are all beneficial.
Please seek some help, as i said its not uncommon so dont be affraid to talk to someone. Good luck

Here is a list of common mistakes people make when attempting to lose weight. Remember that this list contains general guidelines and that your best bet is to consult with a Registered Dietician to be sure that you are meeting all of your bodies nutritional needs.

1) Not eating breakfast

2) Going too long between meals

3) Not eating immediately after a workout

4) Relying on energy bars or meal replacements instead of quality food choices

5) Limiting carbohydrate intake

6) Eating too much fast food or processed foods

7) Following a low-calorie diet

8) Thinking that because you exercise you can eat whatever you want

9) Not drinking enough water

10) Following fad diets

If any of the above list sounds familiar then make a change. Only you are responsible for your health and well-being. Don't leave it up to someone else (spouse or doctor) to get you on the path towards feeling good. Try to be more active and make smarter choices concerning the foods you put into your body.

try not to think about it so much i know its easier said then done but it will help.my partner was the same every time he would think about it alot it would go limp. if it continues go to the doctor but its prob nothing to worry about.if you smoke try and quit it doesnt help

Get plenty of exercise... fresh air... drink plenty of water... Don't smoke...

...And try pineapple... to drink and eat, it'd been know to 'jump-start' a sex drive
