How to deal with nausea while living near sewage?

So, let me explain. I have been feeling very nauseous lately, along with tired and fatigued. Now, my house is situated on top of sewage. What I mean is, when we flush our toilet, the water and stuff does not go to a sewer pipe or drain, all it does is go underneath the house. Like an outhouse kind of. The smell is in our home too, we use Fabreeze to cover it up. But due to a legal situation I can not leave. So, because I am forced to live here, how do I handle the nausea? What can I do to keep from feeling so tired and sick all the time? Any OTC Medicanes that will work?

I am UNABLE to leave due to personal, legal problems. I MUST live here, regardless of the mold and sewage and abuse.

You have a septic system and it is probably due for a cleaning/pumping. There are bacteria in there that are supposed to keep a certain pH balance and stop it from stinking. You should call a septic remediation company to come pump it out and replenish the bacteria and enzymes. That'll have you back on track.
