Has OFWAT though about the tons of butts in the sewage since the smoking ban? |
Isnt nicotine highly poisonous in water? Nicotine and sewage are both highly poisonous. Quick you best write them a letter!! I don't really see the link - cigarettes are supposed to be put out in the proper bins provided, if smokers drop them on the street or down drains then they're littering and should be fined. I apologise, but I am somewhat confused about your question. good point mate! wonder if any of the smokers feel guilty when the real bad weather kicks in and were all flooded again! bound to end up blocking drainage after rain, hail or snow. the drains in my street overflow like a mini river after a light shower.............. think i might start moving me valubles upstairs now, haha. |
