Did you know that One in nine women will get breast cancer?

Every illness (effect) has cause. So what are effects for this cancer (equally true for other illnesses) -

1. Stress (mainly worry) - historically women did not do the jobs they do now
2. Lifestyle - rush, rush (stressing their hormonal balance, pumping adrenaline (for artificial fight/flight)
3. Expectation to be slim but sacrificing one's health. Thinking being fit (exercise), you will become healthy. Wrong relationship! It is only part of answer, as stimulates the lymph system (body's sewage system) and get rid of toxins, so yoga will do same thing by deep breathing. Muscle toning is ok 鈥?again 鈥?yoga will do same thing.
4. Food be eat 鈥?non-organic (accelerated farming) full with chemical poisons to kill bacteria, insect, etc. Artificial additives 鈥?again toxins, like sweeteners, MSG. Microwaving our foods.
5. Polluted environment 鈥?man made buildings 鈥?away from nature, electromagnetic (radio, electricity, microwaves) stress, chemical (soaps, detergents, deodorants, shampoo

Yes I know that, but the rate is much lower in the Asian countries so we need to look at what they are eating, lifestyles etc. I would hope some of the millions of pound in research would be spent on that and advising us how we can change things to lower the risk in the UK.

boo hoo. Did you know that there are millions of starving people all over the world. Ask yourself this, if you care so much, what have you done so far to fight breast cancers. There are billions of problems in the world. why worry so much about one.

That is whyy suddely they want a lot of attention on it.

In an age where we can read a car registration number from space, its pretty disgraceful that such a horrible illness still exists.

Well hopefully I don't get breast cancer. I want to keep what little breasts I have. I heard in medical class that if a woman doesn't bear children she has more chances of getting breast cancer. That is making me think I need to squeeze out one little baby before I become a statistic.

Did YOU know that when you walk on the street or cross the road you have a 1 in 3 chance of being run over/mugged/falling.
This is not so much a question as a mini lecture. Just to mention on points 4 and 5, the levels of pollution in food and the environment...unless you grow your own food in a sterile room and never leave a sealed room you have no chance of avoiding these. Even organic food is grown in a polluted enviroment!
