Why do i faint when i defecate?

i have been to doctors and even a psychiatrist but i still faint when i empty my bowels of my stool. u kno, feces, crap, droppings, dung, guano, fecal evacuations? u kno what i mean. manure, poop, logs, sewage, waste, diarrhea, chunky potty bicuits, excrement?
any ideas of why i keep fainting when i empty myself?

are you pushing too hard? when you push too hard it causes you to faint because of the pressure you're exerting. be very careful.
