Does this mean I have SEPSIS?

Since yesterday, I've been nauseus and throwing up a lot
from nothing
could this mean I have Sepsis ?
Oh God please help me !

Or could this just be the flu ?

Do you have fever? If no,perhaps you are not affected with sepsis.
Avoid eating foods, just drink soft fluids(milk excluded). If the condition continues,go and visit your doctor.

go to the doctor..

What makes you think you have sepsis? Do you have an infected cut or an internal injury? Is your immune system compromised? Are you running a high fever?

What do you mean "from nothing?" You could have a stomach virus, allergy, or food poisoning. You could be pregnant.
