How long do people with sepsis live if its covering your whole body?

It doesn't cover your whole body, it usually is an internal process.
People with sepsis can live for a long time, there isn't a specific answer because it depends on what is causing the sepsis. Whether it is pneumonia, toxic shock, etc.... each has a varying length of life left with no treatment.

My guess, three days if not treated properly.
