How does one get the sickness "Sepsis" ?

Sepsis means that you have organisms (most often referring to bacteria) in your blood and you are experiencing symptoms as a result of that. You can get sepsis from many infections such as pneumonia, pyelonephritis (kidney infection), etc.

Sepsis is an infection that gets into our bloodstream. It can be quite serious if not treated right away, by a medical proffessional.
