My mother fell in a nursing home, tore open her knee, contracted a staff infection, which lead to sepsis.? |
This enventually lead to her death. Would this be considered an accident and be covered by accidental death insurance? there should have been someone with her to help her walk if she had trouble walking....that is what you pay them for....so sounds like they were negligent....im sorry about your mother.
