What are the new updates in the management of neonatal sepsis?

I'm apediatcician intersted in neonatolgy

It depends where the focus is,
of course the neonate will be hospitalized, and will get an infusion, most of the time a neonatal sepsis will come from a pyelonefritis or an E. Coli sepsis, so you will have to maintain hydration and give IV antibiotics (vb amoxi-clav), and then you need several bloodcontrols, to check your CRP, if it diminished, but i dont think these are new updates
