What are the symptoms of senility?

What are the symptoms of senility?

Repeating your same stories over and over
Forgetting that you left the water running
Forgetting you left a burner on the stove
Waiting outside for the mailman
YOur house becomes dirty, but you don't think so
And that's only the very beginning....

I forget

There are five symptoms of senility. One of them is loss of memory. But I forgot the other four.
Umm, did you just ask a question?
