Did you know that excersizing your brain can help prevent senility as well as schizophrenia?

Did you know that excersizing your brain can help prevent senility as well as schizophrenia?

then what happened with John Nash? (famous mathematician)
clearly he exercised his brain, and hes schizophrenic.

No, didn't know that, but I'd be willing to consider it's validity!
But exercising your arms, legs etc prevents muscle atrophy, so I'd agree that mental exercises would help the little gray blob in our heads!

You might want to provide a source...

what kind of excercise?

What studies do you have to support this contention? Is it something someone told you? Did you read this on the internet? Did you actually conduct research in this area, or have you researched peer reviewed journal articles in order to determine this?

No research article is perfect. I have been trained in research methodology, statistics, and the like and I promise you that the things that you read should be viewed with skeptical eyes because even articles that are published in scientific journals contain many flaws.

Hello,
Would you please send me the paper you had published about the schizophrenia, I sure would like to read your thoughts and how you came to your educated opinion on your findings.
Or just add or send the url of the medical web site your paper is on so I can read it.
Thank you

in what way?

Depression has no age preference. It is a higher possibility in adolesence and the elderly, but can be in any age group. Senility is definitely in the elderly.
