Any Semen that is not used while ejaculating is let out of the body while you pee. It's not the same as when you cumm. When you cumm Semen is carried by ejaculate. The ejaculate is whats sticky and the Semen is the actual white stuff (Sperm). YOU DO NOT NEED TO GOTO THE DOCTOR IF SEMEN COMES OUT WHILE PEEING.
