Semen Quality and Sperms ? Are sperms created 90 days before ?

I have observed ocasionaly that if i have intercourse after a small interval my semen is a bit thin or watery otherwise usually it has medium thinknesss and whitish colour, I want 2 know if the semen which is thin semen has enough sperms for conception? bcause we are trying to conceive from 3 months, in first two months we were doing sex daily once she finish her periods, this month i went for every other day intercourse, We checked for possible ovulation date from some websites & found out its 17th and 18 as maximum fertile days, So although we were using every other day technique, we had sex on the night of 17th, and 4 hours later on 18th morning, in the second intercource the semen was a bit thin, i am actually concerned that does that contains any sperms? or i must have waited till 19th ? Another thing i wanna ask, i have read on a few sites? that the sperms which i ejaculate today have been generated 90 days ago? is this true ? means ur todays diet will help u after 90 days ?

It will be having enough sperms (only one is needed really) . But I mean to say that sperm count is normal even in this thin looking specimen, although it may be less than what you discharge after a few days' abstinence. It really doesn't matter. Second thing is that sperms are viable in favourable medium of female genital tract for approx. 24 Hrs. Hence you don't need to increase frequency of intercourse that much (like every 4 Hrs.)Sperms are discharged about 90 days after generation in the testes, it's true. But all the time you r taking good diet, hence it doesn't matter. Theoretically u may think of abstaining from alcohol, drugs or smoking minimum three months before TTC. Good luck!

It is not the fluid that you should be concerned with, but with the actual sperm. But in general if you take a rest and do not masturbate, when you girl is having her period, that should give you enough sperm . However, since the male Y is the weaker sperm, it is more probable in you condition that you will only produce female X sperm. Hope that it is a help.
