Scared of Semen - PLEASE HELP!?

I have a problem everyone.
I am a male aged 13 and a half. I used to masturbate in the shower, i don't anymore. Yeah, when i shower i still think that there is my sperm/semen somewhere in the shower/bathroom. And after shower i wash my hands too much to make sure no semen is on me.
Another question, once semen got on the shower handle (where you turn water on and off), i always use my hands then wash hands, ive been doin this for a month, the water barely touches the shower handle thing and... uh!
Can you help me please?

First off when you look at your semen you are looking at what you looked like before you mom and dad fell in love one night

Second if you are scared of it put your thing in a dirty sock and wack away and in the dirty sock it is to stay

and in the washing machine with bleach it will not live to make you afraid of it anymore that day.

I think you have gotten an obsessive compulsive disorder where you wash your hands all the time thinking theres semen in the shower handle. How about one day you take some gloves and cleaning items and you disinfect and wash that bath tub real good. I am pretty sure that after that you will know for certain theres nothing there anymore. Your too young to be stressing about things like this. Its not true, so convince yourself that theres nothing there .. stop washing your hands after touching the handle tell yourself its ok. After a while it should go away-best wishes

if you cleaned the whole bathroom there's no chance of you having it somewhere in your body. if you are no longer doing it, as stated in you question, and there are other people using the same bathroom its no longer there. clear that semen thing from your head...

Just scrub your bathroom. It sounds like you may have OCD.

Why are u scared? They die extremly quikly when out of the body due to envronmental changes like the liwuid drying and temp. Just was hands and bleach! U might wanna be checked for OCD (obssesive compulsion disorder)... Ask doctor for sympthoms like doing things in paticular order and certain things, when u dont do them u might have a mental break down
