Full Semen Leakage - Please Help! Can You?

What happens to me if I have a FULL semen in my testes?
I have semen leaking out of my penis (I did not do anything sexual) & I gave up masturbating. Last time I masturbated was November 07. I want to release semen out without masturbating. How do I do this? I don't like masturbating.
BTW, I'm 14 years old, male & going through puberty.

If you dont mind me asking, why dont you like masturbating? That would do it.
