Semen OR Sweat?

Some people can see a tiny glitter look on their hands if they look into the light. About that: Which one is false and which one is true? I had people SOME people saying different anwers.

<1> The glitter-look on your hands are dried up semen/sperm/ejacucate if you leave them on your hands. When sperm/semen/ejaculate dries, the glitter-look will show. Some people told me that. My dad told me this is correct. Is he right or wrong?
<2> The glitter-look on the hands are sweat... Some people told me that too.

Is <1> false or true?
Is <2> false or true?

It's most likely sweat.

Sweat contains a lot of salts, so when you sweat and the water dries off, you're left with little salt crystals on your hand (or arm or neck, or wherever you sweat) which can glitter in the sun.

That being said, it's always a good idea to wash your hands if they have semen on them.

It is sweat. However it may be semen if it isn't long after you have touched semen, and didn't wash your hands.
