Schiznoaffective patient has low semen and low testosterone?

I am taking Risperdal for schizoaffective disorder. After my last episode i had low semen but disclosed recently now after 4 years. I have low semen and low testosterone level. My tests shown that i have high prolactin level and low Testestorone level. The doctor fears if he reduces prolactin level then i will become very agressive. He knows that risperdal reduces testoserone level but but tests showed NIL spearm count which is alarming. I was looking to get married but with this i cant. I have sex sometimes but even with sex my semen is like only few drops or a drop. When i masterbate my semen is very low like few drops and it nothing slippery but plain as water but in greyish white color. Please help me out in this matter....

& to Fender (& it's schizophrenic not schitzophrenic) No there IS something called schizoaffective disorder -- as far as I know, attitude & societal-interaction thing compared to reality-perception --
anyway -- instead of correcting people: now in Recovery Inc. ["remote member"] & in general am out of that system i.e Psych'y (There's around 750 groups, in Psychiatric Survivors Movement umbrella, in U.S. alone) -- can't play doctor, but seems like just a lot of guesswork from Docs & in my experience Meds do more harm than good -- "risk/benefit ratio" -- there's only 5% or so of patients who I'd call serious cases, most people there just hoping for a 'magic pill' against everyday problems...

you mean schitzophrenic and you have a low sex drive speak to your doctor about those things. And being a shizophrenic myself let me tell get some other medication Risperadone has many side effects to it.

To the person above me, schizoaffective disorder isn't the same as schizophrenic. It is just a side effect of Risperdal. But if it really bothers you, try taking hormones. By the way, you can still get married.

is your doctor a urologist? if not then go see one. their is also medication and cream that increase testosterone level. o and one more thing you can still get married

Ask your doctor if you can take zinc and folate acid to increase your testosterone and sperm count. The body uses zinc to make testosterone.
