Semen quantity prob plzzzzzzzzz hellllllllllp!!!!?

when i started masturbating,i used to do it 3-4 times a day at that time semen quantity was very much compared to now,it was very thick also,it takes 10-15 min to eject.
Its been 4 years m doin it regularly, but as days went qty. and thickness of semen becoming lesser.
now only 3-4 drops comes out of it and takes less than 5 min.
