Pain after urination, blood in semen?

A few nights ago, after I urinated, I would get bad pain in my penis and right above in my pubic region. I thought maybe it was a UTI. The next day I was ok. But later that day, I noticed there was blood in my semen, but I didn't have no more pain. The pain started again yesterday after I urinated, but not as bad as it was before. The pain only comes directly after I'm done urinating, and it doesn't happen everytime. I noticed again there was still blood in my semen. The only thing I could find was that it's fairly common to have blood in the semen and would usually go away. But I couldn't find anything about the pain and blood in the semen. If this keeps going on, I plan on seeing a doctor, but I thought I'd ask here just incase anybody knew what it could be.

And no, it's not an STD. I haven't had sex unprotected sex in a very long time.

Ok, there should not be ANY sign of blood in your semen. Go to a physician or urologist as soon as possible. Have you had recent sex without protection? It's possible those are signs of STDs.
