Hi, I'm 13 & a half years old. Male.

Before I pee in the toilet, I squeeze my penis and a bit of sperm/semen/ejaculate comes out! I didn't masturbate or did anything sexual. Is this normal?

I had a talk with my dad before & he said that you don't need to squeeze the ejaculate/sperm/semen out because it comes out when you pee. Is he correct?

Semen can come out of your penis at any time. This is why you should ALWAYS wear a condom when you have sex boys. If that toilet were a girl she'd be knocked up.

He is correct. The semen will be flushed out when you urinate (pee).

Sounds like you are leaking cowpers fluid, a clear sticky syrup like stuff that just flows without thinking about sex or if you do get turned on. Just get used to it, some guys are juicers some aren't. Just be aware that a bit of that coming when you pee may make you pee off target, and you may also have a long syrupy drip at the end you will need to flick off-and if you flick wrong, it wll stick to your pants.
