No. Semen will not kill your dogs but keep them away from your private bits and dont let them lick your face either... dogs have no qualms about eating dead things they find in the garden and can pass those germs on to you. You don't want an infection from them as you cannot clean it off with soapy water and your parents, and the doctor, will certainly know what you have been up to.
