Why do Cereal Bars include Selenium, a toxic metal that can be fatal in large amounts?

Selenium is a chemical often included in with vitamin supplements and most CEREAL BARS because it sounds fashionable.

Slightly too much of it can cause death, deformities in the body, and some regions of America have enough selenium in the soil to harm you even without eating the supplement.

Eating 5 cereal bars containing selenium can put you at the toxic level already of Selenium.

WHY ARE ORGANIC PRODUCTS USING THIS SUBSTANCE?????? I stupidly bought a whole container of cereal bars and didn't see this ingredient on it.

Unless you are selenium-deficient, only 3rd world countries would be, you ABSOLUTELY do not need any selenium supplements included in your diet.

Probably because the average consumer thinks just because it is a cereal bar it is healthy. Many people don't even bother, or care to read the label.

I would share this info in whatever venue you can. My wife is on a crusade regarding vaccinations. She's done some research and come to the same conclusion you have.

It's really bad.
