I take this everyday a multi vitamin,Kelp powder,spirillina, selenium...?


Try to drink a Nettle tea or Dandilion tea before bed also....But as soon as I stop for around a week just for a break And have a sip of coffee or a treat to junk food my body over reacts to these foods and reacts really bad...

And after all this I still tend to feel tired and weak why is this?

There really aren't enough details here. It sounds like you are getting sufficient vitamins and quite a few multiminerals- what is the specific medical reasons you are taking the dandelion and nettle? Do you have any health issues? From your avatar, I assume you are female- might you be anemic or have thyroid problems?

Is your diet otherwise good?

Caffeine is a stimulant and a diuretic, in addition, it's usually processed chemically; and junk food can contain all sorts of chemicals. It may be that you are sensitive to these things.

you are going about things the wrong way. you need to change your lifestyle completely, basically if you base your diet on good stuff you will be as right as rain. i believe and this is only my opinion but i believe the best way to go.....base your diet on raw or lightly cooked vegetables and fruit. add in pasta etc. no meat or dairy which our bnodies cant really handle (hence coronary heart disease and cancer being the biggest killers in the west) and excercise naturally and be happy and your body will thank you for it. mine does.
