Am I dieting right? Please evaluate..thanks!? |
Ok so I have made the commitment to take off 50lbs that ive put on from pcos and ovarian cancer. Sounds like you are to me! Always remember that muscle weighs more than fat... I go by inches and have totally expelled scales from my life! You will be much happier that way =) Good Luck and keep at it! Get yourself a measuring tape and stay healthy!! looks like it to me...good luck! Doing very good. Keep up the good work, young grasshopper. Remember, you must flow like water. you may not have lost alot of scale weight because of all the water you are drinking. that weighs alot...... so yes it is healthy to drink lots of water, but if you are trying to cut back on flat out weight, then maybe less water would help you see more results. Yeah that sounds good, if you feel good then it is going OK good luck! 鈾?:] |
