Age spots or freckles on my hands?

I have started to get fairly large freckles on my hands, what can I use to lighten or better yet get rid of them? I've heard taking selenium works and also putting lemon juice on them....neither has worked for me. Please advise.

There is a product by Neutrogena called New Hands. It contains pro retinol and reduces the visibility of age spots on the hands. If you can't find it at the drug store you can buy it online. The only problem is that it is kind of greasy. Also, if you stop using it the age spots will become more visible again. Regardless, always apply a hand lotion with sunscreen before going out. This will prevent the age spots you do have from getting darker as well as prevent new ones from forming.
