Vitamin question basically?

I just started taking One A Day Women's today and I was wondering, could anyone tell me if any of the following help with growth of hair: Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Copper, Manganese, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, Vitamin E, Selenium, Folic Acid?

yes some of them do:
Vit A- help produce healthy sebum on the scalp
Vitamin C - Antioxidant that helps maintain skin & hair health.
Vitamin E - Antioxidant that enhances scalp circulation.
Biotin - Helps produce keratin, may prevent graying and hair loss.
Inositol - Keeps hair follicles healthy at the cellular level.
Niacin (Vitamin B3) - Promotes scalp circulation.
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) - Prevents graying and hair loss.
Vitamin B6 - Prevents hair loss, helps create melanin, which gives hair its color. Vitamin B12 - Prevents hair loss.

Calcium might, but beta carotene is probably the best thing.

all of thoes will help with hair growth because when your body is getting the nutrician it needs, it can work to its full potential. you should also notice your nails gorwing better, and the whites of your eyes looking whiter.

if you want your hair to grow you should also increase your protien intake since hair is mostly protien. eggs, fish, meat, and nuts have a lot of protien.
