Celexa and Seizures? |
I have been taking celexa for over a year and a little over a month after I started celexa, I started having seizures and the medication bottle stated that a major side effect is seizures. I have been to three neurologists and none of them believe me when I say I think the celexa is causing them. I had an EEG that showed seizure activity and one that didn't and they are saying it is phycological. I was just wondering if anyone has had this situation happen to them or knows someone who has been through this or if you know anything about this. Thank you Celexa does have several possible side effects and convulsions are one of the more rare ones. The problem you're facing is that seizure disorders can be very hard to diagnose since there are so many different kinds and so many different causes. |
