I have second hand smoke disease, are there any people who have a claim pertaining to such that like me have NEVER smoked a day in their lives?

I am a non-smoker but I grew up in a household where my mother smoked (she quit) & my husband grew up with a dad who smoked a pipe. Neither one of us suffers from asma or ANY OTHER LUNG disease. Non smokers who *********. & moan about secondhand smoke are looking for a free ride by suing. Who said your lung disease was caused by second hand smoke??? It could be where you live or where you work. It could be where you went to school. Quit trying to blame your health problems on others, NOBODY knows how & why some people get sick & others don't when exposed to the same environments. There is NO SUCH THING AS SECOND HAND SMOKE DISEASE!!!

You are no less greedy than the long time smokers who sue the tobacco companies because they got sick. NOBODY held a gun to their heads to make them smoke & now they want money for it. Sometimes people just GET SICK!!!! No rhyme or reason, they just do!!!! STOP BLAMING everyone else & STOP being greedy & trying to make money off of the most recent made up disease......

I have smoked 30 cigs a day for 35 years and I have no lung disease yet so excuse me if I think that your lungs were weak to start with

im sure theyll come up w one i want to know if we smokers can sue anyone who trys to stop us outside or in our houses or in cars they gonna take all the kids and do what adopt them out to non smokers get real who told you a disease from second smoke simple answer for a better answer especially if you pd a dr to diagnosis

You don't have secondhand smoke disease, you have lung disease and want somebody to sponge off of. I stopped believing in "nonsmoker's rights" decades ago when the then-governor of Pennsylvania declared that for seven cents a pack, we could provide health care for poor children. If it was a good cause, why should only smokers pay? Smokers are a cash cow and should be treated with respect. Go and crawl back the way you came, and clean up your slime trail on your way back.

I do not know about filing a claim, but disregard the very ignorant smokers that choose to offend you. I think that smoke is all that they have between their ears, I don't know why smokers choose to stink ,have bad breath and dry, scaly looking skin, especially the extremely stupid ones that are pushing a stroller or carrying a baby and puffing away.
Thay need to get a hobby or find something better to do with theirfingers because they truly ruin the quality of life for those of us that do not pollute our bodies. Good luck!!

I wish you well on your treatment of second hand smoke disease, however, I have never heard of the illness personally.
Try to remove yourself from any areas where smokers may be, it is still legally (age required) to purchase cigarettes most places in the world.

You will surely die from the disease you suffer BEFORE any lawsuit you file would ever be settled or solved!
