High from marijuana secondhand smoke?

We were at a concert and everyone around us was smoking joints, within a few hours we were feeling lightheaded and more 'free'. We've smoked before, but we didn't smoke last night and it feels almost the same. Is it possible we got high from all of the people around us blowing smoke in our faces in such a small enclosed area?

Hell yeah, its called a "Contact High" Its really, really common!!! Thats how I got stoned the 1st time, everyone around me was doing huge bong hits and I just got ripped!
