If secondhand smoke from cigarettes is "toxic" &, "a nuisance", wouldn't deisel engines also be the same? |
also, what about all of the manufacturers out there who pollute MY environment on a grand scale??? It has not been inhaled in your mouth or accused of causing cancer. yes thats true yeah and cars and burning wood also are harmful to lungs to breath in smoke, I work in a factory and we must easiily dump out a good ton of trash every week that goes to a landfill if not more, I hate it and I hate working there but unfortunately I need the money I'm assuming from the quotation marks that this is supposed to be you trying hard to make a statement about the hypocrisy of attacking cigarette smokers while leaving others alone. all pollution is bad, but at least when you eat dinner your face isn't sitting in the exhaust of a big rig. YES and some States have tried to sue Companies for damage that blows in. |

It really would depend on how strong the secondhand smoke was (would have to be an insane ammout)......
