SECONDHAND Smoking?

Out of all the numbers of the leading causes for cancer (radiation poisoning being #2 out of 10) what number is secondhand smoke?

No one really knows. The studies aren't very scientific and don't apply to real world situations.
Sitting in a car with a smoker with the windows rolled down or next to a smoker on the couch inside a home is much worse than say sitting near someone smoking at a table in an outdoor cafe, for example.

Although second hand smoke is harmful, It's not enough to cause cancer unless your a family member or friend of someone who's smoke is concentrated in your air for several years.

Breathing exhaust fumes from multiple cars by walking down a sidewalk next to a busy road, or even worse, in a parking garage is much more harmful, by way of camparison.

It's hard to say with scientific certainty what airborne contaminates directly contribute to cancer and by how much. All that can be said is that second hand smoke should be avoided.
