At the very least they are having to inhale smoke into their little lungs. If you smoke yourself then you should always do it outside The same way as adults. My sister-in-law and her husband smoked from when their kids were born and the three children have had asthma from an early age. somehow it's been known to cause ear infections in children, not sure why They breathe in the smoke and it gets in their lungs.
