A Second Opinion!? |
Like a Doctor, is it a good idea to get a second opinion, on a Desist, as well, for alot of dentel, work1 Even as a dentist myself I often recommend that one of my patients get a second opinion. Dental care is just as expensive and important as medical care and should not be taken lightly. When in doubt always get a second opinion. Absolutely! I've had LOTS of MAJOR dental work done and it's a good idea. You would be surprised at how different the treatments can be........not to mention the price. Above all, please make sure you are comfortable with the dentist and that you trust him. That's what it boils down to. good luck Absolutely, you should always get a second opinion on any work you have done on your body. Of course, most of us don't. Nearly all the time with any major medical a 2nd, 3rd or so opinion is good. However sometimes you can just run across the right person at the right time and know its the right way to go. Its really nice to see an honest dentist like Dr. Chris above, someone who isn't afraid for their patients to get a second opinion. Dental work is VERY expensive and it is always a good idea to get a second opinion before beginning any type of work like this. Good luck!!!!! Seconding Dr. Chris's answer: yes it is some dentist would find something that the other missed it is a very good idea...very smart for thinking that.. |
