Seasonal Affective Disorder: is it ultraviolet or infrared light I need?


Hi there. I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, and I'm just curious: is it ultraviolet or infrared light I need? My sources are conflicting.

There are small, headgear-type lights made just for SADS available from medical supply houses.

It is an Ultraviolet light.
